1. Meaning
Epoxy resins, a broad category of organic compounds, encompass substances with multiple epoxy groups. This allows us to categorize them as epoxy resins. The term "epoxy resin" refers to a class of organic compounds that possess two or more epoxy groups. By definition, any organic compound with these epoxy groups falls under the umbrella of epoxy resins.

The resin's molecular weight is generally low, which allows for an easy formation of a stable three-way network structure when crosslinked with a curing agent. This molecular structure contains active epoxy groups that greatly enhance the physical and chemical properties of the resin. With improved bonding capabilities to both metallic and non-metallic materials, the resin exhibits minimal deformation and a consistent size. Furthermore, it showcases excellent dielectric properties, making it an ideal choice for the production of resin coatings and development of bonding and impregnating materials.

2. Production process
The production process of epoxy resin for coating varies depending on different application conditions. In this paper, we present a preparation method that involves creating separate packaging for the two components, A and B, of the coating raw materials. This approach offers several advantages, including a straightforward production process, favorable economic outcomes, and the absence of any excessive harmful substances. To provide a clear understanding, the specific production process is outlined below.

To produce component A, we opted for E20 epoxy as it offers a range of great properties. Firstly, we dissolved the resin in a solvent mixture of acetone and anhydrous ethanol in a ratio of 4. Next, we added lichter powder, titanium dioxide, and a small amount of phthalocyanine to enhance its properties. After that, we ground the mixture through a sand mill and packaged it for use.
